SUPREME BAG Warranty

This warranty extends to the original owner; it is straightforward and comprehensive, and just part of the total SUPREME by Poshell ownership experience.

A LIFETIME OF OWNERSHIP: WORRY FREE

With limited exceptions, we will repair any SUPREME by Poshell bag that is damaged due to normal wear and tear, or defective in materials or workmanship, including any structural defects. Your only responsibility is to ship your item to us for repair together with the original receipt. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product/products of comparable value.

Damages not covered:

- damage resulting from abuse (examples: prolonged contact with water or humid surfaces or overloading). The maximum recommended weight to ensure a lifetime of ownership is 8 kg.

-  cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics)

-  natural leather characteristics: small differences in color or pattern

– these prove the authenticity of the natural leather we use. -  incidental or consequential damages, such as damage due the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Please save your SUPREME by Poshell receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that you are the original owner.
