Any complaint regarding the condition of products delivered to customers will be notified to our company within 24 hours of receiving them by phone or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product cannot be delivered or integrity is affected during delivery, the customer may require repayment of amounts already received by SC POSHELL SRL, but no additional compensation. The maximum value of our company obligations to any customer in case of failure or improper delivery of a package / product is the amount received from the customer for that order.
If you change your mind about your purchase on the website, you can return the package within 14 days and get your money back, provided the package is in the same condition in which you received it.
Please include in the return package the form that you received together with the invoice (you can download it here-Romanian and here-English). The return address is: SC POSHELL SRL, Nita Elinescu Street, Nr. 18, Sect. 3, Bucuresti, Romania.
The returned product must be in the same condition it was delivered and in the original packaging (including the protective film if it exists), without traces of wear, change or consumption, with tags intact and original documents which accompanied them (invoice, instructions, etc.).
Upon receipt, the package will be checked to ascertain whether it fulfills the above mentioned conditions, otherwise it will be returned to the buyer.
If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at -this includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
